Yeah, about that promise
You may recall it:

Or competition). This is actually more significant than one might think: back in June, there were only 47 counties projected to have no carrier choices for '18; this represents a 30+ percent increase in just a few months.<br /> <br /> And no end in sight.<br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: red;"><i><b>[Hat Tip: <a href="http://www.ace.mu.nu/" target="_blank">Ace of Spades</a>]</b></i></span></span>
